Job Responsibilities:
- Provide field service and technical support for Canon Copier products
- Handle installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance at client locations
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate service reports and visit logs
- Ensure prompt and effective customer service
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of electrical, electronic systems, or IT hardware
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel within West Bengal for on-site service

- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and marketing materials
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, formatting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of basic office software and tools
