AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
- AMC-Comprehensive: AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) scheme covers all costs associated with the maintenance and repair of your printers and scanners. AMC Comprehensive typically includes change of spare parts for maintenance and repairs, but excludes consumables.
- AMC-Non-Comprehensive: Under the AMC -non-comprehensive contract, we charge you only for the service we offer to repair your printers and scanners and doesn’t include any spare parts or consumables. This means that we will only charge you for the actual work performed such as cleaning, lubrication and basic repairs.

Total Guarantee (TG)
